The State of Missouri limits the cost of acknowledgments, jurats, and signature witnessing to $5 per signature.
The State of Missouri sets the cost of certified copies of a document to $1 per page with a $3 minimum charge.

Reserves your appointment. Includes travel to your location within 15 miles of Polk County Courthouse in Bolivar, MO. (Each mile after that is charged at $0.75).
Non-refundable* if cancelled less than 24 hours in advance. Charged at time of booking.

Urgent/Same Day
$20
Additional fee for Urgent/Same-day notary appointments. (Subject to availability)
This fee is in added to the Booking/Travel fee and any other booking additions.
After-hour/Weekend
$25
Additional fee for notary appointments scheduled outside of normal business hours (Monday -Friday, 8 am - 5 pm) and on weekends. (Subject to availability)

Federal Holiday
$30
Additional fee for notary appointments scheduled on Federal Holidays. (Subject to availability)

Specialty Services
Hospital/Hospice/Assisted Living

(includes 1 hour, each additional hour is billed at an additional $20)
Additional fee for notary appointments scheduled at a Hospital, Hospice, or Assisted Living facility.
SPECIAL NOTE:
If the signer (patient) is not fully alert or has been medicated, I will not be able to notarize the document.
The signer (patient) needs to be able to understand the nature of the transaction and act out of his or her own free will. (RSMo 486.645.1[3] and RSMo 486.645.1[4]).
